Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience as a fullstack software engineer or similar role in blockchain, fintech, or infrastructure.
• Proficient in TypeScript for developing high-performance product experiences.
• Familiarity with Wagmi, Viem, and Foundry is advantageous; Solidity, Go, Rust experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer empathy, capable of guiding non-technical users.
• Ability to operate independently and manage product-level decisions in dynamic settings.

Responsibilities

• Scope, architect, and deliver applications that meet functional and security standards.
• Build and maintain fullstack applications across frontend, backend, and on-chain components.
• Create reliable backends using services, queues, and data models while optimizing for performance and cost.
• Develop prototypes to quickly validate ideas, converting successful ones into production solutions.
• Work collaboratively with Product and Engineering teams to implement impactful improvements based on customer feedback.
• Engage with customers through various levels of product development, from extended builds to short-term support.
