The Product Enablement Lead leads the strategy, development, and delivery of product education programs that build capability, confidence, and readiness across commercial teams. This role serves as the link between Product, Commercial, and customer-facing teams, turning product knowledge into scalable learning experiences that drive product understanding, launch readiness, and commercial success.
The ideal candidate combines deep gaming industry knowledge with exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, simplifying technical concepts, building enthusiasm around products and strategy, and delivering memorable experiences that strengthen product knowledge and sales confidence.
What You'll Do
• Develop and deliver product training programs that build product knowledge and sales readiness across customer-facing teams.
• Translate product features, performance data, and business priorities into training materials, presentations, and learning resources.
• Create and maintain product education content, including game walkthroughs, demonstrations, videos, and launch materials.
• Prepare sales teams to confidently position, present, and discuss products with customers.
• Lead training and readiness activities for new product launches.
• Partner with Commercial Strategy, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to align training priorities and content.
• Deliver training sessions, workshops, demonstrations, and presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Support customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events through product expertise, demonstrations, training, and presentation materials.
• Maintain learning resources and training platforms to ensure product information is current and accessible.
• Gather feedback, measure training effectiveness, and continuously improve learning programs and content.
What We're Looking For
• 8+ years of experience in product training, sales enablement, learning and development, product marketing, or related commercial functions.
• Experience within the casino gaming, gaming technology, or related industry.
• Proven track record to build and deliver large-scale learning initiatives via a class room, virtually, and digitally.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate complex product information into clear, engaging learning experiences.
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to travel in support of training programs, customer education, and industry events.
Preferred
• Experience with enablement and learning platforms such as Highspot or similar technologies.
• Experience supporting product launches, sales readiness, and go-to-market initiatives.

Pay Range
$84,000 - $156,000 per year
