Work You'll Do

As a Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Strategy & Transformation team, you will be responsible for:

The Product Development Team Client Lead role provides cross-functional program management and strategic support across the client's ecosystem (a DOW, mission-oriented client), partnering with deployment, services, operations, software, and hardware teams.
  • Leading cross-functional program management and strategic support across a mission-oriented client ecosystem in collaboration with deployment, services, operations, software, and hardware teams
  • Facilitating recurring meetings and communications by preparing agendas, capturing notes and action items, coordinating briefings and taskers, and maintaining deployment schedules
  • Supporting product roadmap development, integration efforts, metric tracking, RACI development, and operational planning activities
  • Partnering with leadership and product stakeholders to drive forward-looking planning, quarterly prioritization, and key-result status tracking
  • Providing support during major planning cycles, product updates, and other periods of increased demand to help maintain alignment and execution momentum

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Active Secret or Interim Secret security clearance required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Ability to travel quarterly, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be local to the Dayton, Ohio area with the ability to work on site 2-3 days per week, based on client demand
  • 5 Years of Experience with the following:
    • IT modernization and strategy, planning and execution experience
    • Managing stakeholders and building trusted client relationships
    • Executive communications and meeting facilitation
Preferred:
    • 5 Years of experience with the following:
      • Network engineering experience
      • Cyber strategy experience
      • Experience working in Agile environments
    • Prior experience working with the Department of Defense / Department of War / Air Force
    • Top Secret Clearance

This compensation range is specific to Columbus, OH and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $105,400 to $175,600.
