Role:Business Analyst (Military & Veterans Affairs)
Location: Louisville, Kentucky
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Strong experience working within Military Healthcare, TRICARE, Veterans Affairs, or Federal Healthcare programs.
• Deep understanding of military payer operations, healthcare benefits administration, member enrollment, eligibility, claims processing, and care management.
• Experience translating complex business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders across business, operations, technology, and leadership teams.
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and business analysis best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting TRICARE Managed Care Support Contracts (MCSC), Defense Health Agency (DHA), or Veterans Health Administration (VHA) programs.
• Knowledge of healthcare claims adjudication, utilization management, population health, care coordination, and provider network operations.
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards, including FHIR and HL7.
• Experience with healthcare transformation, digital modernization, data governance, or enterprise platform implementation programs.
Mandatory Skills: HC - Health Tech.
Experience: 8-10 Years.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
