The Optical Metrology Division products are used for optical overlay metrology. Job Description/Preferred QualificationsKey Responsibilities- Complete final verification of systems at US factory to ensure performance is according to spec and ensure on-time delivery according to production schedule.
- Debug and resolve production issues: establish root cause, develop plan of action (POA), guide manufacturing teams in execution of POA, and standardize solutions to improve design and/or procedures.
- Interface with engineering team in Europe on escalation cases and final sign off on tool shipments.
- Optimize BOM, procedure and tool configurations to improve cost, availability, and scalability
Qualifications & Experience - PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience), or master's level degree and related work experience of 3 years.
- Strong background in engineering or the physical sciences with demonstrated analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Strong technical understanding and communication skills for enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams
- Hands-on experience constructing and aligning complex mechanical systems is highly desirable.
- Able to travel to Europe for training

Base Pay Range: $117,800.00 - $200,300.00 Annually
