About the RoleFivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies. We're looking for a Product Designer who's ready to own features, tackle complex challenges, and help take our core experience to the next level. You'll join Core UX (Enterprise), the team designing how data teams monitor, understand, and trust their pipelines at scale, including observability and alerting. If you're excited to dig into complex design problems while growing alongside talented and experienced designers, this is your moment! On our tight-knit and supportive team, you won't just push pixels... you'll shape the workflows that help our customers get value from their data. You'll dig deep into user problems, collaborate closely with product and engineering, and contribute to a team that sees design as a key ingredient for success. We value designers who are curious, humble, ambitious, and who proactively jump in, collaborate closely, and help the team drive meaningful progress. If that sounds like you, send us a hello with your portfolio! We'd love to see how you think, how you work, and the impact you've made. This is a full-time position based out of our Oakland or Denver office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.

- Shape product direction by partnering closely on requirements discussions with stakeholders.
- Bring a point of view and advocate for great UX, even when it's hard, by identifying opportunities to improve the user experience and championing your ideas.
- Drive repeated, measurable improvement in key product metrics by iterating quickly, testing early, and refining based on feedback and data.
- Approach designs from a systems perspective, developing patterns that get adopted by others.
- Contribute elements of UX strategy for your product area, with some direction from your manager and team lead.
- Use AI and automation tools to improve delivery velocity.
Skills We're Looking For- 3+ year product design experience with at 1+ year in SaaS, B2B, or enterprise products

- Experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to bring your ideas to life.
- Self-motivated mindset. You should thrive in ambiguity, take initiative, and follow through. You'll be trusted with real ownership and responsibility here!
- Excited by the opportunity to contribute positively to our design culture and bring your unique voice.
- Able to tell compelling stories through presentations that influence teammates and stakeholders across teams.
- Driven to understand user problems and how products are actually used. You lean into research, data, and real-world context.
- Thoughtful and curious with strong instincts for great UX, always striving to create better experiences.
