As a founding product designer of the newly formed Innovation team, you will build and ship solutions with real complexity and scale to tens of thousands of clients. You will also play a key role in foundational decisions about user experience, product, design systems, and business strategy.

- Build in partnership with clients, advisors, and colleagues: Identify high value opportunities, understand their needs and root problems, map workflows, test prototypes and hypotheses, and build and advocate for the best experience.
- Establish foundational product strategy and user experience: The decisions you make will be the foundation of our product, client experience, advisor experience, and colleague experience. These are decisions that can drive business strategy, goals, differentiation, and prioritization.
- Build at the cutting edge of applied AI: Work across every part of the AI stack 1 harness, context, memory, evals, agents, models 1 both in applying it to wealth management, as well as in how we work and collaborate.

- You lead with agency: You take initiative and move work forward independently. You navigate obstacles resourcefully while building the trust, alignment, and influence needed to mobilize others and amplify your impact.
- You move quickly with rigor: You have a bias towards action for learning. You balance speed and quality, demonstrating a high shipping velocity, rapid learning, and a hypothesis-driven approach.
- You thrive in ambiguity: You are energized by new, undefined, ambiguous spaces, and excel in shaping the right approach as the space changes quickly. You are humble and adaptable. You have a demonstrated record of creating and shipping real productsnot simply operating within established systems. As a founding designer, you will help define the systems themselves.
