Product Designer who will help design intuitive, powerful experiences for distributors who need efficiency, accuracy, and reliability in every data point. The Product Designer will collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to turn complexity into clarity, and help build a platform that solves real-world operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business needs and user challenges into thoughtful design solutions
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces for web-based products
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and customer-facing teams to understand user pain points and business goals
- Collaborate to validate concepts and iterate based on feedback
- Contribute to and evolve our design system for consistency and scalability
- Work closely with engineering to ensure your designs come to life exactly as intended
- Use data and customer insights to inform design decisions and prioritize enhancements
- Help make complex B2B workflows feel simple, fast, and intuitive
This may be the job for you if:
- You have 3-5 years of product design or UX/UI experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS.
- You have a strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving, clean design, and thoughtful interaction design for complex products.
- You have the ability to design end-to-end experiences - from research and discovery through to polished UI.
- You are experienced with responsive web design and accessibility best practices.
- You are proficient with design and prototyping tools (Figma preferred).
- You have strong collaboration skills, especially working with PMs, engineers, and customers.
- You have the ability to simplify complex workflows into clear, usable solutions.
- You are comfortable balancing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- You possess clear communication skills and confidence presenting ideas to stakeholders.
- You have experience designing enterprise or workflow-heavy products (preferred, not required).
- You have familiarity with order management, ERP, or supply chain tools (preferred, not required).
- You have a basic understanding of front-end development (preferred, not required).
- You have experience in motion design or data visualization (preferred, not required).
