About the Role

As a Product Configuration Specialist at Axuall, you will play a key role in designing, standardizing, and optimizing recipe and task build solutions that support scalable implementations and operational delivery. This role is responsible for analyzing customer requirements, building and configuring efficient workflow solutions, establishing best practices and quality standards, and supporting the governance and continuous improvement of implementation methodologies across the organization. You will work closely with Product, Client Services, Support, and other cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are delivered accurately, efficiently, and consistently. The ideal candidate is analytical, operationally minded, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of complex processes from requirements gathering through execution and optimization.

What You'll Do

We are looking for someone who thrives in building structure, driving operational excellence, and owning scalable processes from strategy through execution. This role will serve as a key operational leader for recipe and task build methodologies, helping establish standards, improve quality, optimize delivery, and support scalable customer operations. Responsibilities include:
  • Develop and own the strategy, framework, standards, and best practices for recipe and application/task build processes across the organization to drive consistency, scalability, and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze customer workflows, operational requirements, and business needs to design and build scalable, repeatable, and efficient solutions aligned to best practices.
  • Serve as the operational subject matter expert for recipe and task build methodologies, partnering closely with Product, Client Services, Support, and other cross-functional teams to drive alignment, continuous improvement, and solution optimization.
  • Establish and maintain quality assurance processes, governance standards, documentation, and review practices to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality delivery across implementations and legacy configurations.
  • Manage and support intake and prioritization processes by gathering requirements, organizing and maintaining request queues, coordinating stakeholder alignment, and ensuring work is properly prioritized and routed for execution.
  • Proactively identify and implement opportunities for automation, process improvement, and scalable delivery models to improve operational maturity and organizational efficiency.
  • Provide oversight and operational direction for outsourced build work, including prioritization, quality standards, execution review, and delivery accountability to ensure scalable and consistent outcomes.

Qualifications

Candidates for the Product Configuration Specialist role must demonstrate hands-on experience and knowledge of industry best practices related to workflow configuration, implementation support, operational process design, and scalable service delivery. Specific qualifications include:
  • 5+ years of experience in software implementation, workflow configuration, or solution delivery, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Experience identifying and driving process optimization, standardization, and operational improvement opportunities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, including the ability to gather requirements, assess customer needs, and design scalable, efficient solutions.
  • Familiarity with Jotform or similar form and workflow configuration platforms.
  • Familiarity with software testing methodologies, quality assurance practices, and release validation processes, with strong attention to detail and operational consistency.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively partner with clients and cross-functional internal teams while managing multiple priorities and deliverables.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulatory compliance and data privacy standards is a plus.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary Range (Good-Faith Estimate): $95,000 - $110,000
Employment Classification: Full Time
Additional Compensation: Eligible for discretionary annual bonus & equity incentive plan participation upon hire
Pay Frequency: Semi-monthly

The posted range represents Axuall's reasonable and good-faith estimate of the compensation the Company expects to pay for the position at the time of this posting. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
