Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Engineering Technology or equivalent experience
3-5 years' manufacturing experience in a CNC setting
Experience with automated machinery
Proficient in CNC programming using CAD/CAM software, preferably ESPRIT
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
Familiarity with PFMEA, PFD, and control plans
Analytical skills for solving complex technical problems
Responsibilities
Support evaluation, validation, and documentation of processes
Program CNC machines and troubleshoot issues
Create process documentation including work instructions and training materials
Lead cross-functional teams in developing PFMEA and Control Plans
Conduct competitive analysis to identify production improvement opportunities
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste
Manage released machines, tools, and processes

Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000
Position Summary
Support the evaluation, validation, and documentation of new and existing processes. Will also be responsible for providing support to the CNC department by programming, set-up, and troubleshooting.
