Job Summary
The Product Analyst will support Stock Plan Services (SPS) Customer Solutions by partnering with Product Leaders, stakeholders, technology teams, operations, and compliance partners to define, analyze, and deliver business solutions that support SPS products and services. The role is responsible for identifying business needs, defining solution requirements, and supporting successful delivery of key initiatives. The Product Analyst will lead discovery and requirements-gathering efforts, translate complex business challenges into actionable solutions, and balance operational, regulatory, and customer considerations while supporting solution validation, process improvement, change readiness, and continuous enhancement efforts.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead analysis activities, including developing detailed requirements, documentation, business impact assessments, and future-state solution designs.
• Build strong partnerships across business, operations, technology, and compliance teams to facilitate collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and effective decision-making.
• Support solution delivery through requirements testing, business acceptance validation, implementation readiness, and post-deployment support.
• Identify business needs and translate complex business challenges into actionable and scalable solutions.
• Support process improvement, change readiness, and continuous enhancement initiatives.
• Ensure partner needs are accurately represented throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate complex business situations and develop practical solutions that support business outcomes.

• Proven experience gathering, documenting, managing, and validating complex business and functional requirements.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, process analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting business transformation and solution implementation.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and partner management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.
• Strong ownership, adaptability, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize while maintaining a focus on quality and business outcomes.
• Experience in business analysis, process improvement, and solution delivery within financial services, equity compensation, or related industries.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting stock plan services or corporate equity compensation programs.
• Experience with products and services related to stock options, restricted stock awards, employee stock purchase plans, stock appreciation rights, or performance-based equity awards.
• Experience working in environments with regulatory compliance and operational excellence requirements.
