Standard Job DescriptionYou will be the Procurement Rep for the Legion Programs. Our team is responsible for delivering strategic procurement solutions that enable mission-critical operations.
What You Will Be Doing As the Procurement Rep you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and acquiring the machinery, equipment, tools, raw materials, and services required to keep our operations running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Source, negotiate, and purchase machinery, equipment, tools, and materials.
- Compile and analyze statistical data to establish price objectives and assess feasibility.
- Monitor supplier performance, track price trends, and evaluate opportunities to improve material acquisitions.
- Prepare request-for-proposals (RFPs), bid packages, and manage contract negotiations.
- Maintain accurate records, verify deliveries, and approve payments.
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic QualificationsExperience with Supply Chain and Subcontract management concepts, practices, and/or standards.
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered experienced, but still a learner.
Desired SkillsFamiliar with Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP) or equivalent purchasing/ERP system.
Experience with multi-tasking and managing competing priorities
Experience with analyzing problems and recommending solutions
Familiar with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS).
Demonstrated sense of urgency and self-motivated. Ability to make business-based decisions based on supporting data.
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $59900.00 - $111300.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
