Description

Position Summary:

The Springs Living is seeking a strategic and collaborative Procurement Manager to lead sourcing, vendor management, and purchasing initiatives across our growing portfolio of senior living communities. This role partners closely with Operations, Facilities, Finance, Design, and community leaders to drive procurement excellence, strengthen vendor accountability, improve consistency, and deliver sustainable cost savings while enhancing the resident and team member experience. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for operational goods, services, equipment, furnishings, and facilities-related categories
  • Lead competitive bid processes, supplier evaluations, contract negotiations, and vendor selection
  • Manage vendor relationships, performance reviews, compliance requirements, contract renewals, and issue resolution
  • Identify opportunities for standardization, vendor consolidation, and portfolio-wide purchasing efficiencies
  • Develop and maintain procurement policies, purchasing standards, workflows, and reporting tools
  • Analyze spending trends, track savings initiatives, and support budgeting and capital planning efforts
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support acquisitions, new community openings, and operational growth
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, vendor management, or contract administration
  • Proven success negotiating contracts and managing supplier performance
  • Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in multi-site organizations preferred; senior living, healthcare, hospitality, facilities, or property management experience is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and procurement, ERP, or financial systems
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to travel periodically throughout Oregon, Washington, and Montana
