Job Type: Full-time | Location: Kiowa, OK | Department : Operations | Reporting to: Head of Procurement | Work Location Type: #hybrid

This position will be located in the Texas/Oklahoma area.

The Procurement Manager will lead procurement activities for a new data center site, with an initial focus on supporting capital construction and infrastructure projects. This role will play a critical part in delivering large-scale mechanical, electrical, and critical infrastructure packages on schedule and within budget.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business , Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of progressive procurement experience, including capital project sourcing within the construction or Data Center industry.
  • Experience supporting large infrastructure, industrial, energy, or data center projects.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex negotiations and contract management.
  • Experience building or leading procurement teams.
  • Strong understanding of commercial terms, contract structures, and risk mitigation.
  • Experience working within ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen.
  • Experience in data center, mission-critical, energy, or high-availability environments.
  • Experience supporting greenfield site builds or major expansions.
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and critical infrastructure supply markets.


Job responsibilities

Capital Project Support
  • Manage procurement activities for mechanical, electrical, structural, and critical equipment packages
  • Run RFQs/RFPs, evaluate proposals, and support vendor selection
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms
  • Track long-lead items and ensure on-time delivery
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Construction, Legal, and Finance

Supplier & Contract Management
  • Maintain day-to-day supplier relationships
  • Support onboarding and performance tracking
  • Assist with contract review and compliance
  • Monitor vendor performance against KPIs

Operational Procurement
  • Support site operations with purchasing and service contracts
  • Monitor spend and identify cost efficiencies
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting
  • Ensure accurate PO and system management (SAP preferred)
