Job SummaryWe're looking for an Process Improvement Engineer to architect and optimize how Courtyard's vault and logistics network operates at scale. This role owns the design of workflows, facility layouts, labor models, and material flow across receiving, intake, storage, picking, packing, and shipping. You'll apply engineering methods, data, and systems thinking to increase throughput, reduce cost per unit, improve accuracy, and support rapid expansion across new vault launches.
You'll work closely with Vault Operations, Engineering, and Product to translate operational reality into scalable systems, automation, and infrastructure. This role sits at the intersection of physical operations and systems design, ensuring Courtyard can grow volume and categories without growing complexity, cost, or risk.
