What You Will Do:The Process Assessment and Process Mapping Associate will be responsible for the assessment and process Mapping of policies, directives, and actual procedures of critical Logistics IT systems.
What You Will Need:- Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred. Once onboard with Guidehouse, new hire MUST be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum THREE (3) years of experience in change management, performance management, and/or organizational assessment.
What Would Be Nice To Have:- US Federal government experience, solution development, solution analysis, strategic operational planning
- Experience with identifying key processes and gaps, and extensive experience in Process Mapping of procedures, policies, and systems.
