We offer 1. Base salary
2. Unmatched sales commission
- 5% commission on any sales below $5000
- 8% commission on any sales between $5000 to $15000
- 10% commission on any sales between $15000 to $30000
- 12% commission on any sales above $30000
- Develop great relationship with big accounts like Amazon, Toyota, Honda.

Qualifications• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in Printing and signages industry
• Communication Skills: Excellent, professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prospect
• Strong organizational skills
• Energy, hustle, and appetite for growth and responsibility
• self-motivated
**Be able to meet with sales manager daily**
Compensation: Potential 6 figures earning. 12% commission for In House production sales, 8% commission for Subcontract sales. Same commission structure for repeatable orders. (Very limited admin work)
