**Principal Data Scientist Position** (REMOTE)

**The Role:**

We're on the lookout for a Principal Data Scientist with exceptional skills and a passion for applying their expertise across a broad range of research domains within our Data Science and Analytics team. Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, including:

- Identifying patients who require urgent care through risk stratification.

- Employing causal analysis to assess the impact of our platform on healthcare delivery.

- Conducting health economics research to pinpoint inefficiencies within our extensive network of primary care providers.

- Developing financial models to evaluate the economic performance of primary care providers in various value-based care (VBC) settings.

- Creating analytical pipelines and reports to support evidence-based decision-making by business stakeholders.

This position is dynamic, requiring you to apply your expertise across these areas over time. You'll be expected to lead quantitative research initiatives, mentor colleagues, provide strategic insights to leadership, collaborate with internal teams, and exemplify excellence in quantitative research.
