Full Job Description
Key job responsibilities

- Drive product delivery in deep partnership with engineering, applied science, and design. Drive product specifications, make crisp tradeoff decisions, and ensure high bar on the quality and user experience

- Be hands-on with the technology. Whether that means understanding how a semantic model resolves a natural language query, how an embedded analytics SDK integrates into a partner's React app, or how a pricing SKU flows through AWS billing - you operate at the level of detail where real product decisions are made.

- Own broad customer journeys from first contact through enterprise-wide adoption for critical engagement. Partner with GTM and Sales teams to design onboarding pathways, migration playbooks, and growth motions that reduce friction, accelerate time-to-value, and turn successful deployments into organization-wide productivity gains.

- Engage directly with enterprise customers, ISV partners, and AWS field teams. Turn what you hear into product conviction - not just feature requests, but insight into where the market is moving and what customers will need before they know to ask for it.

- Directly contribute to business outcomes - adoption, revenue, competitive win rates, customer retention. Use data relentlessly to prioritize, to make the case for investment, and to communicate progress to senior leadership.

A day in the life

You might start your morning reviewing customer adoption metrics and operational dashboards, then shift into a working session with engineering and design partners to refine an upcoming feature launch. After lunch, you could be authoring a technical white paper or preparing a strategic narrative for leadership review. Later, you may lead a session with C-suite Data and AI executives on how their enterprise data can be turned into business outcomes using AWS analytics. Throughout it all, you bring clarity to tough trade-offs and ensure every stakeholder has the context they need.

About the team

Our team is focused on building and evolving externally facing services that empower businesses of all sizes to succeed. We operate with a strong sense of ownership and collaborate closely with science, research, engineering, design, marketing, and sales partners to deliver AI powered products that customers love and see how they can accelerate business value. We value decisiveness, curiosity, creative problem-solving, and a commitment to raising the bar for one another while being deeply technical and obsess about working backwards from customer problems.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS or LaaS products where you are responsible for the full product lifecycle, from concept through GTM (go to market)

- 7+ years of working as a Technical Product Manager experience

- 5+ years of technical (software development, network development, IT, other related) experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

- * Experience building AI powered analytics and large data solutions preferably in a SaaS, PaaS product.

- * Experience with SaaS pricing for ML/AI powered products
