Make an Impact Where It Matters MostIn this role, you will provide senior technical leadership on a PRIME contract, helping shape mission systems from requirements and architecture through integration, implementation, and operational support.
You will work closely with government stakeholders, program leadership, engineers, and mission users to translate complex needs into practical system solutions. Your role will span requirements development, architecture, design, integration, technical planning, and issue resolution, while also keeping you connected to the mission through outreach, support, and direct interaction with analysts and end users. What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out
This role combines senior systems engineering with direct mission engagement. You will not be working in isolation from the customer. You will help guide users through requirements, support technical decisions, resolve integration challenges, and influence how capabilities evolve over time.
The position is especially well suited for someone who understands both the engineering side and the analyst side of the mission. Experience with AEA tools, Tier 1 and Tier 2 outreach and support, intelligence analysis, end-to-end dataflow, Multi-INT, and emerging AI technologies gives you the opportunity to bring a broader perspective to system design and implementation.
At Intelliforce, your work is visible and your technical judgment matters. Because this is a PRIME contract, you stay close to both the customer and the mission. Because we are a small business, leadership is accessible, communication is direct, and strong technical leadership gets noticed.
