Role Summary
Seeking an experienced AI Systems Architect to design and scale a secure, multi-tenant Agentic AI horizontal SaaS product on GCP. This role will lead design and development for autonomous and human-in-the-loop AI agents (Human Agent Interaction and Realtime steering), distributed state management, checkpointing, agent identity, and zero-trust security while ensuring strong tenant isolation, compliance (HIPAA) , scalability, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Architect scalable, multi-tenant AI agent horizontal product/platform.
Design distributed state, checkpointing, replay, and recovery capabilities.
Build event-driven workflows enabling agents to pause, await human feedback, and resume execution.
Define tenant isolation, agent identity, security, and governance patterns.
Lead cloud-native architecture, reliability, and operational excellence on GCP.
Required Skills
Distributed systems and software architecture.
Multi-tenant SaaS platforms with strong isolation and security experience.
AI Engineering, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, state/session management, memory, and orchestration frameworks.
Event-driven architecture, messaging/stream processing, and workflow orchestration is a plus.
Human-in-the-loop workflows with real-time steering, durable execution, and state management.
IAM, Zero Trust, authentication/authorization, and agent identity.
GCP, Kubernetes, and platform engineering.
Preferred
ADK, A2A, Google Gemini Agent Platform, Agent Identity, Agent gateway etc.
Experience building enterprise-scale AI products/platforms in regulated environments.
Ideal Candidate
A hands-on architect who has built secure, distributed, multi-tenant SaaS platforms and production-grade Agentic AI systems at scale.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is 128513 - 190000
