Full Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, organized self-starter to join NA Direct Fulfillment team as Principal SCM for CX charter for NA DF organization. This role will work closely with cross-functional senior leaders, Directors and VPs. This is a high visibility role which directly contributes to customer experience and business growth. The Principal SCM will have a strong delivery record and leadership experience to own, influence, and execute Direct Fulfillment projects.

As an end to end owner Principal SCM, you will be able to define the program (mission, vision, tenets), set objectives, analyze data, drive improvements that are quantified, and influence resource allocation. You understand the significant business problems in your program space, automation limitations, scaling factors, boundary conditions, and reasons behind leadership decisions. In this role, you must be an effective communicator and provide clear, concise and consistent messages, both verbally and in writing, while also establishing relationships across the worldwide network to aid in operations implementations. You will own the 3YP, OP1 DF goals for the organization.

Principal PM will own improvement in Direct Fulfillment NA CX and growth, lead initiatives for faster delivery across different carriers while balancing the DEA tradeoffs - be the liaison with AFT and SCOT product partners . The Principal SCM will collaborate with DF product team to create scalable features, work with internal and external stakeholders.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 7+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

- 7+ years of program or project management experience

- 7+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience

- 7+ years of working cross functionally across several teams experience

- 10+ years of supply chain experience

- Bachelor's degree

- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization

- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
