Full Job Description
NVIDIA is looking for a Principal Segment Sales Manager to build and scale the business for software that helps customers design, validate, deploy, manage, and operate AI factory networks. You will own the segment sales motion with NVIDIA Cloud Partners and across simulation, fabric management, automation, AI infrastructure software offerings, and adjacent software and services. This role connects customer priorities with NVIDIA's account teams, product leaders, engineering teams, OEMs, NVIDIA Cloud Partners, and channel partners. You will turn early customer demand and technical adoption into repeatable, paid software and support growth with clear customer value, measurable usage, and scalable routes to market. What you'll be doing: • Build the segment strategy, target-customer plan, pipeline, forecast, and competitive view for NVIDIA AI factory fabric software. • Identify and convert lighthouse customers into repeatable software and services growth. • Develop account and partner plans for fabric management and automation software, and adjacent AI infrastructure offerings, including adoption, software and support attach, renewal, and expansion. • Shape deal strategy and resolve commercial blockers across pricing, packaging, entitlement, support, licensing, and partner routes in collaboration with Product, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Support. • Create scalable seller, OEM, and channel plays that translate technical capabilities into clear customer outcomes and measurable business value. • Establish operating metrics for pipeline quality, product adoption, active usage, paid attach, renewals, and expansion, and use those signals to prioritize the business. • Bring recurring customer and field feedback to Product, Product Marketing, Engineering, and Support, then close the loop with the field on decisions and next steps. • Represent the business with technical and executive stakeholders and communicate recommendations clearly in a fast-moving environment. What we need to see: • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • 15 or more years of experience in segment sales, product sales, business development, partner go-to-market, or a related role in enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, networking, or AI data centers. • Proven success building a market or segment plan, qualifying complex opportunities, inspecting pipeline, forecasting, shaping deals, and converting early customer demand into repeatable motion. • Experience bringing enterprise software, subscription or consumption offers, support services, or platform solutions to market through direct and partner channels. • Proven practical experience with AI data center infrastructure and networking, with the ability to discuss customer workflows across building, simulation, validation, deployment, network orchestration, process automation, and operations. • Experience influencing account teams, product groups, engineering organizations, OEMs, NVIDIA Cloud Partners, enterprise customers, and channel partners without relying on formal authority. • Clear, concise communication and sound business judgment aligning customer, technical, and commercial priorities. Ways to stand out from the crowd: • Experience with Ethernet or InfiniBand fabrics, network management or automation software, cloud platforms, AI factory design, or infrastructure simulation and validation. • Experience developing software and services motions with systems integrators and ecosystem partners. • Familiarity with NVIDIA networking and AI infrastructure offerings such as Spectrum-X, DSX Air, UFM. • A record of using adoption, usage, attach, renewal, customer-outcome, and revenue data to improve go-to-market priorities and investment decisions. NVIDIA is widely considered one of the technology world's most desirable employers and offers highly competitive salaries. Our benefits include world-class medical, dental, and vision care. We also provide strong equity and stock options, retirement savings plans, and generous parental leave policies to support you and your family.
