This role is 100% REMOTE
This role is accountable for product group initiatives, large program(s) or group of interdependent projects/programs that are relatively high complexity. The Principal Program Manager focuses on leading planning efforts and manages the integration, implementation, reporting, and performance of the overall product group initiatives, program or group of programs to ensure the successful delivery of defined value and outcomes. This role leads the coordination and management activities with business partners. Each complex program requires extensive cross team organization, collaboration and creative problem-solving skills. The Principal Program Manager acts as a mentor and coach to program managers.

BenefitsThe annual base salary range is $140,000 - $180,000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
