Job Description:

Principal Product Manager CMP Pads

Position Summary

Lead the CMP Pads business by driving product strategy, portfolio management, market competitiveness, and cross-functional execution. This role is responsible for driving sustainable growth, margin expansion, operational excellence, and competitive product solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business and product strategies based on customer needs, technology trends, market dynamics, and competitive positioning.


  • Lead cross-functional alignment, resource prioritization, and execution across commercial, technical, and operational priorities.


  • Partner closely with manufacturing and quality teams to improve capacity, yield, cost, supply continuity, change execution, and customer delivery.


  • Support strategic customer engagements and translate customer requirements into actionable plans with clear priorities.


Required Qualifications & Capabilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.


  • 8+ years of experience in product management, business management, marketing, operations, or related leadership roles within the semiconductor or advanced materials industry.

• Compensation: $147,000 to $196,500 per year with actual pay dependent on candidate
