Full Job Description
THE ROLE

Everpure is seeking a Senior Product Manager to help shape and execute the market strategy for systems offerings across mid-market, SMB, and adjacent commercial segments. This role sits within the Commercial Line of Business Product Portfolio team and partners closely with Inbound PMs, Central Hardware PMs, and cross-functional leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Experience, Engineering, and Operations.

This position is designed for a product manager who can connect customer insight, competitive dynamics, positioning, packaging, and launch execution to drive high-impact commercial outcomes. The ideal candidate brings strong systems and hardware fluency, understands value-oriented infrastructure buying motions, and can translate market needs into clear product and go-to-market recommendations.

Focused on the outbound phases of targeted commercial systems initiatives, this role works across stakeholders to shape market-facing strategy, offer construction, and execution without owning the core hardware roadmap, engineering backlog, factory optimization, or broader operational processes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Architect Outbound Market Strategy: Help shape outbound product strategy for targeted systems offerings, including product-market fit, portfolio role, initial offer hypotheses, and alternative packaging approaches for target segments to ensure strong go-to-market performance.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Offer Construction: Act as the bridge between customer-facing teams and core product stakeholders, aligning technical capabilities with commercial opportunities by partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, Customer Experience, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Develop Support and Service Packaging: Help shape support models and services packaging, including net-new support offers where appropriate, while analyzing tradeoffs across customer adoption, support complexity, pricing, margin, and portfolio fit to deliver clear recommendations to leadership.
  • Accelerate Field & Channel Execution: Shape field and channel plays, including messaging frameworks, packaging clarity, qualification guidance, and seller enablement for target commercial segments to maximize launch execution velocity and infrastructure positioning.
  • Optimize Business Performance & Execution: Track key business OKRs, operating metrics, and initiative performance; lead recurring cross-functional reviews to surface risks, resolve critical tradeoffs, and establish strategic plans that balance market opportunity with operational scalability.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • Enterprise Infrastructure & Systems Expertise: Wide-ranging experience in product management or related technical roles across enterprise infrastructure, systems, storage, servers, appliance-based infrastructure, edge systems, or adjacent technology markets.
  • Go-To-Market & Portfolio Leadership: Full understanding of product management fundamentals, with demonstrated capabilities bringing infrastructure offerings to market through targeted segmentation, value-oriented configuration, pricing strategies, launch execution, and field/seller enablement.
  • Cross-Functional Influence & Strategic Evaluation: Wide experience evaluating portfolio fit, support implications, and commercialization tradeoffs while independently managing complex design matters and coordinating across diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical Discretion & Scheduling Initiative: Seasoned professionalism in analyzing situational data to resolve variable roadmap factors, where failure to execute carefully may critically impact division goals, cost structures, or overall schedule commitments.
  • Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from a regional corporate and/or partner office (e.g., Santa Clara, CA / New York, NY / Chicago, IL) in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
  • Compensation: Everpure is dedicated to fair, equitable, and market-competitive compensation. Base pay salary zones are aligned by standard office hub structures in accordance with geographic differentials. Pay range will be based on pay salary zone.
