We are seeking an experienced leader to build and run a new business unit within Amazon Fashion focused on brand and talent partnerships and collaborations. This leader owns the partnership strategy end to end, from identifying the right brand and talent partners, to assortment planning, to the broader go-to-market strategy across Amazon Fashion.

You will shape cohesive product stories around emerging trends and influence the broader Fashion strategic roadmap, with particular depth in the advanced contemporary and luxury space.
The right candidate brings a deep understanding of the retail, consumer, and entertainment worlds, and knows how they come together into moments that reach customers. You will work cross-functionally, inside and out. Internally, you will partner closely with Marketing, Creators, and the Fashion business teams. Externally, you will work with talent and with marketing and creative agencies, owning the end-to-end plans for multiple projects each year. You will be a strong communicator, in writing and in person, who keeps senior leaders across several organizations informed as the work moves.
