About the Role:
We're looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Principal HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our US based Go-to-Market (GTM) teams partner directly with our Chief Revenue Officer. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned HR Business Partner (HRBP) who understands the pace, complexity, and customer focus of enterprise Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) organizations. You will be a thought partner to GTM leaders, supporting organizational growth, talent strategy, and leadership effectiveness during a critical phase of scale.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as a trusted advisor to GTM leaders across global sales, CS, marketing, and partnerships, helping to align people strategies with business objectives.
- Guide and support org design, team scaling, talent planning, and structural changes to support rapid growth and evolving business needs.
- Drive core people programs including performance management, engagement, succession planning, employee development, and change management.
- Use a data-informed approach to diagnose team health, track performance trends, and provide actionable insights to business leaders.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies that support GTM scale and structure.
- Partner across the HR and leadership team to create role-specific development plans for enterprise sales and customer-facing roles.
- Support total rewards benchmarking and incentive design alignment for GTM roles in partnership with the Compensation team.
- Operate inside Sayari's PeopleOS framework, using Claude/Cowork-based skills to accelerate the recurring prep work of the role - stakeholder briefs, performance cycle packets, calibration intelligence, and engagement synthesis - so your time goes to coaching, org design, and the judgment calls only a human can make.
- Champion our culture and values, and foster a high-performance, inclusive environment that supports retention and growth.
How You'll Work: AI-Native by DesignSayari's People team runs on PeopleOS, our AI-native operating system built in Claude and Cowork. This HRBP role is expected to work inside that system, not around it:
- Use PeopleOS skills for the recurring, time-consuming parts of the role - stakeholder prep briefs, performance cycle and calibration packets, and engagement synthesis - so more time goes to coaching leaders and making judgment calls.
- Follow Sayari's auditability-first governance model for any AI-assisted output: named employee data can be processed in our enterprise Claude instance with human review, but any output touching a hiring, performance, compensation, or termination decision requires a named reviewer's sign-off before action, with the official record kept in the system of record (Rippling, Lattice).
- Build ongoing fluency with Sayari's approved AI tools and surface new automation ideas to the Talent Experience pillar lead - the People Team is expected to model AI-native ways of working for the rest of the company.
What We're Looking For:- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years as an HRBP supporting global GTM teams in an enterprise SaaS or high-growth tech company.
- Deep understanding of the revenue lifecycle, including sales motions, customer onboarding, success metrics, and partnership development.
- Demonstrated success in scaling GTM functions through people programs, leadership coaching, and organizational design.
- Proven ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels in a fast-paced, evolving business.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills; able to influence and drive alignment at all levels.
- Experience working with tools like Lattice, Rippling, or equivalent HR systems is required; knowledge of quota-based compensation structures is a plus.
- Global HR exposure or experience supporting distributed teams is strongly preferred.
- Comfort operating in an AI-native People function - using tools like Claude/Cowork to accelerate people analytics and prep work, with sound judgment about data governance, PII handling, and when a human review step is required.
