Full Job Description
As Principal Finance Manager, you will lead finance support for internal start-ups operating in high ambiguity. You will set the financial strategy and vision for business units that dont yet have established revenue streams, customer bases, or operating histories. You will design investment frameworks that support key program decisions, and present financial analyses and recommendations directly to senior business and finance leaders. You will invent and implement reporting infrastructure, planning rhythms, financial controls, and operational mechanisms.

If you want to shape how Amazon invests in innovation and build finance support from the ground up, this role is for you.

• Build and maintain business review mechanisms that surface actionable insights and lead to operational improvement
• Automate, simplify, and scale finance processes, building mechanisms and tools that create leverage as the team and portfolio grow
