Principal Engineer - Land Development and Water Resources
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Engineer / Chief Engineer to join our Pompano Beach office. This role is ideal for a senior-level professional who is passionate about technical excellence in land development and water resources. The successful candidate will serve as a senior technical advisor, providing leadership and guidance on complex projects while mentoring engineering staff and supporting strategic growth.

Act as senior technical advisor on complex land development and water resources projects.
Provide high-level design expertise, review, and technical oversight to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance.
Lead and support project teams through planning, design, permitting, and delivery phases.
Mentor and guide engineering staff, fostering professional development and technical growth.
Collaborate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable solutions.
Serve as a trusted resource for technical problem-solving and decision-making within the firm.
Contribute to business development efforts by supporting proposals, presentations, and client relationships.
Ideal candidate has:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Florida.
Progressive engineering experience, with strong expertise in land development and water resources.
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to engineering teams.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to easily build strong relationships.
Proven track record of delivering complex, high-value projects.
