Key responsibilities in your new role
- Design andarchitecture of state of the art memory products
- Develop and execute technical strategies for digital IPs and SoC designs including architecture, RTL design, and DFT, ensuring high-quality andefficient solutions
- Collaboratewith cross-functional teams, including architecture, verification, STA, and physicaldesgin teams, to ensure successful SoC development
- Utilizeindustry-standard EDA tools, such as Synopsys, Cadence, or Mentor Graphics
- Debug and resolve complex design issues, including timing, power, and areaoptimization
- Drive technicalinnovation and improvement, stay up to date with industry trends, and newdesign methodologies
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a relatedfield
- At least 8years relevant working experience in defining and implementing complex digital circuits and functionalities
- Proficiency in HDLs like Verilog/System Verilog
- Experience in using the digital designflow including RTL/gate-level simulation, Linting, logic synthesis, STA,UPF (low power design) and DfT
- Knowledge of non-volatile memories is a plus
- Experience withtypical command sets and functions for various memory interfaces including I2C,SPI, QSPI, and xSPI is a plus
- Excellentcommunication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
Salary pay information:
In line with local legal requirements, indicative salary ranges are disclosed for selected locations where applicable.

Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate:
$164,400 - $226,100
In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
