• Strong client communication skills, particularly in issue resolution.
• Ability to generate detailed scopes of work from discovery to delivery.
• Background in employee development using established career path frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements involving process analysis and reporting recommendations.
• Scope, manage, and execute multiple implementation projects, delegating tasks as necessary.
• Mentor and guide team members at various consultant levels.
• Support business development with product demos and customer engagement.
• Resolve client service requests as part of a level 2 or level 3 helpdesk role.
• Engage in client visits, predominantly in a leadership capacity.
• Field client communications, coordinating responses and creating issue tickets.
• Achieve master-level knowledge in core products like Sage 100 and NetSuite.
• Ensure project profitability and adherence to scope and timelines.
• Meet established billable targets.
