Job Description1. Account Level AI Ownership
- Serve as the single point of AI engagement ownership for the assigned FS account.
- Align AI initiatives to:
- Account plan
- FS client priorities (risk, compliance, ops efficiency, growth)
- I&D service offerings
- Ensure AI work is pulled into the core account motion, not run as side pilots.
2. Demand Shaping & AI Portfolio Definition
- Proactively identify, shape, and prioritize AI / GenAI use cases for the account.
- Own the account AI portfolio.
3. Delivery Orchestration (Not Hands-On Execution)
- Ensure delivery alignment with:
- FS governance
- Responsible AI, security, and compliance
- Work with delivery teams to track delivery health, risks, and value realization for AI-related projects.
- Escalate early and with facts.
4. Executive Communication & Governance
- Prepare concise, executive-ready updates specific to AI activities within the account, including:
- AI pipeline
- Value delivered
- Risks and decisions needed
Required Experience:- 8+ years in consulting, FS technology, data, or AI-led transformation.
- Proven leadership of FS client engagements (banking, insurance, payments).
- Demonstrated experience shaping and scaling AI / GenAI initiatives.
- Strong understanding of:
- Enterprise data & AI platforms
- Client decision dynamics
Critical Skills:- Account level orchestration and influence
- Translating business demand 12 AI execution
- Commercial judgment (what to pursue vs stop)
- Executive stakeholder management
- Comfort operating across ambiguity and fast moving AI landscapes
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 140,000 to 160,000

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
