Job Summary:
The Manager, Data Reporting is responsible for overseeing the data reporting function within the Technology Department. This role ensures the integrity, accuracy, and timely delivery of data reports to support business operations and strategic decision-making. The Manager will lead a team of data analysts, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and drive continuous improvement in data reporting processes.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise the data reporting team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback; Develop, implement, and maintain data reporting standards, procedures, and best practices; Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all data reports delivered to internal stakeholders; Collaborate with business units to understand reporting needs and translate requirements into actionable data solutions; Oversee the design and development of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations; Monitor and improve data quality, integrity, and security within reporting systems; Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in data reporting workflows; Stay current with industry trends and technologies related to data reporting and analytics; Provide training and support to team members and end users on data reporting tools and methodologies; Prepare and present reports to senior management and other stakeholders as needed.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience;

Minimum Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in data reporting, data analytics, or a related discipline; Proven experience managing or leading a data reporting or analytics team;

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong knowledge of data reporting tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Excel); Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills; Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments; Experience in the financial services industry is a plus. This position operates in a regular professional office environment; The role requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer; Occasional lifting of files, office supplies, or equipment up to 10 pounds may be required; The employee must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing; Minimal travel may be required for meetings, training, or conferences; The work environment is fast-paced and team-oriented, requiring adaptability and the ability to manage multiple priorities; Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
