Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant civil engineering experience.
• Project leadership experience.
• Skilled in project cost estimation and proposal writing.
• Technical and practical engineering skills for quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Knowledge of local and international engineering standards and regulations.
• Strong grasp of civil earthworks design and interdisciplinary engineering basics.
• Fluent in English with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in civil engineering software and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Deliver civil engineering services per specifications, on time and within budget.
• Supervise and mentor junior and intermediate engineers.
• Advise on environmental law requirements for projects.
• Manage civil resource hours and scheduling.
• Act as customer liaison to enhance communication and satisfaction.
• Proactively resolve discrepancies between Worley and customer requirements.
• Stay updated on civil engineering developments and innovations.
• Plan site earthwork and land development.
• Design grading, drainage, haul roads, access roads, and facilities infrastructure.
• Prepare stormwater management plans and erosion control plans.
• Design underground utilities like culverts and subdrains.
• Contribute to cost estimates and tender documentation processes.
• Prepare and review civil specifications and reports.
• Identify and solve problems while seeking help as needed.
