Job SummaryBrawley Union High School District is seeking a qualified and dedicated Principal to provide leadership and oversee the daily operations of the comprehensive high school. Under the direction of the District Superintendent, the Principal serves as the instructional leader, guiding the development and improvement of educational programs, supervising and evaluating staff, and ensuring a positive and effective learning environment for students.
Responsibilities include overseeing school operations, developing and managing the site budget, evaluating curriculum and instructional programs, coordinating student assessment programs, developing master schedules, and supervising personnel and extracurricular activities. The Principal will also promote positive relationships among staff, students, parents, and the community while ensuring compliance with district policies and state and federal requirements.
