Position Overview:
Raven Advisory LLC is seeking Primary Lane Cadre. The Primary Lane Cadre is responsible for running and managing the training lanes for students. As the lane's authority they set the patient's course and judge student decisions against the PWS standards. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for an assigned PFC training lane.
- Evaluate student assessment, treatment, and clinical reasoning against course standards.
- Serve as a consultant during scenarios, coaching students through consults.
- Provide clinical oversight for the course, including review of protocols and medications.
- Lead post-lane debriefs.
- Document student results.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of an accredited medical school or physician Assistant program,
- Must have worked as an MD or PA for at least two (2) years.
- Must have former military/special operations experience or other relevant austere medical experience such as with search and rescue teams, disaster response, or other similar, relevant organizations.
- Must have experience within the past two (2) years as a Lane Instructor for the delivery of a PFC exercise for MARSOC.
