Full Job Description
A Primary Care Provider (PCP) provides comprehensive, long-term care to an adult patient population, ages 18 and older. The provider diagnoses and treats a variety of diseases and injuries in a primary care setting and provides appropriate medical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment. The PCP also provides medical services to patients within an assigned service area and coordinates discharge planning with the Case Manager for admitted patients.
This position may be filled by a Family Medicine (FM) Physician, Internal Medicine (IM) Physician, Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), or Physician Assistant (PA).
Hours:
• Mon, Tues, Wed, & Fri - 8 AM to 5 PM
• Thursday - 10 AM to 7 PM (late day)

Requirements
• Board Certification in Internal Medicine within 3 years of residency training
• Active Maryland Physician license
• Active CDS, DEA, and CPR
