Qualifications

• Board eligible/board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Supervisory skills with interest in mentoring advanced practice providers
• Geriatric fellowship training or subspecialty interests are welcomed
• Experience in independent practice setting is a plus
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population
• Coordinate care with support staff and specialists as needed
• Engage in teaching medical students and advanced practice providers
• Participate in practice transformation initiatives and quality improvement
• Manage complex patient cases effectively
