Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Current, unrestricted New Mexico medical license
1+ year of post-residency clinical experience
BLS or ACLS certification
Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop strong relationships with patients and colleagues
Comfortable working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team
A genuine passion for improving the patient experience and helping people live healthier lives
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care, including episodic and preventive care
Build meaningful, long-term relationships with a dedicated patient population
Conduct comprehensive physical examinations, health-risk assessments, and medical history reviews
Develop individualized treatment plans in partnership with your patients
Provide education and preventive health guidance
Coordinate referrals to specialists and other healthcare resources when appropriate
Collaborate closely with Medical Assistants, Patient Advocates, and clinical leadership to provide exceptional patient care
Participate in establishing and achieving clinic health and wellness goals
Serve as a clinical leader and role model for the care team
