Primary Care Physician Peds and Adults - Shelton PC

Qualifications

• Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license (or eligible)
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Med-Peds
• Experience in outpatient primary care settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care for children and adults
• Manage patient care in an office-based outpatient setting
• Participate in optional teaching with faculty appointment
• Respond to phone calls, averaging only 2 weekends and 1 weeknight per year
• Utilize EPIC and integrated technology for patient management
