Ade Medical Group is seeking a compassionate, motivated Physician (M.D) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing clinical team.
We operate from a single clinical location, allowing our providers to focus on what matters most: delivering high-quality, personalized patient care rather than high-volume services. We welcome experienced providers as well as new graduates who are passionate about building meaningful relationships with their patients and improving health outcomes.
Position Responsibilities- Assess, evaluate, and diagnose patients in an outpatient clinical setting.
- Conduct comprehensive office visits and follow-up appointments.
- Develop and manage individualized treatment and care plans.
- Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions, treatment options, medications, and preventive care.
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records and clinical documentation.
- Perform other clinical and administrative duties as assigned.
Physician Candidates - Graduate of an accredited M.D. program.
- Active, unrestricted, non-probationary state medical license.
- Active DEA registration.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Nurse Practitioner Candidates - Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), or completion of an accredited NP certificate program.
- National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult Nurse Practitioner, or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC.
- Active, unrestricted, non-probationary state NP license.
- Active DEA registration.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
New graduates are encouraged to apply.Preferred Qualifications - Experience practicing in the applicant's specialty or area of clinical interest.
- Experience in an outpatient or primary care setting.
- Experience working within a value-based healthcare model.
- Understanding of HCC (Hierarchical Condition Categories) documentation, ICD-10 coding, and Health Risk Assessments (HRAs).
- Experience working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to achieve positive patient outcomes.
- Strong communication and patient-education skills.
- Passion for teamwork, quality improvement, and patient-centered care.
