Full Job Description
Ade Medical Group is seeking a compassionate, motivated Physician (M.D) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing clinical team.

We operate from a single clinical location, allowing our providers to focus on what matters most: delivering high-quality, personalized patient care rather than high-volume services. We welcome experienced providers as well as new graduates who are passionate about building meaningful relationships with their patients and improving health outcomes.

Position Responsibilities

  • Assess, evaluate, and diagnose patients in an outpatient clinical setting.
  • Conduct comprehensive office visits and follow-up appointments.
  • Develop and manage individualized treatment and care plans.
  • Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions, treatment options, medications, and preventive care.
  • Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals when appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records and clinical documentation.
  • Perform other clinical and administrative duties as assigned.

Physician Candidates
  • Graduate of an accredited M.D. program.
  • Active, unrestricted, non-probationary state medical license.
  • Active DEA registration.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Nurse Practitioner Candidates

  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), or completion of an accredited NP certificate program.
  • National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult Nurse Practitioner, or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC.
  • Active, unrestricted, non-probationary state NP license.
  • Active DEA registration.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience practicing in the applicant's specialty or area of clinical interest.
  • Experience in an outpatient or primary care setting.
  • Experience working within a value-based healthcare model.
  • Understanding of HCC (Hierarchical Condition Categories) documentation, ICD-10 coding, and Health Risk Assessments (HRAs).
  • Experience working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to achieve positive patient outcomes.
  • Strong communication and patient-education skills.
  • Passion for teamwork, quality improvement, and patient-centered care.
