Position Summary
Middlesex Health Primary Care is seeking an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join our welcoming, established primary care practice in Chester, Connecticut.

Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O. degree
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family / Internal Medicine. At least 2 years of primary care experience.

- Compensation Range: $240,000 to $260,000 base salary with additional bonus potential
