The ideal candidate will be joining a team of experienced, friendly, and highly motivated healthcare providers, clinicians, and support staff who are dedicated to delivering excellent care to their patients and community.
Position Duties/Highlights Include:- Monday -Friday 7am-5pm
- 36 hours of direct patient care per week
- Clinic offers: Behavioral Health, Physical Therapy, Resource Coordination, and Lab services at this location.
- 1:1 MA Support
