Job Summary:The ideal candidate should be committed to helping the patient population (includes uninsured and underinsured) reach optimal health can support the plans and operations within a Patient-Centered Medical Home. The candidate will provide direct patient care as outline in the Family Medical Center employment contract including diagnoses, treatment and/or proper referral while maintaining expected medical standards. Provide patient care with utmost customer service, compassion, and integrity to patients/clients in a clinic setting.
Qualifications:- Medical degree from an accredited school of medicine or osteopathic medicine.
- Current unrestricted license from the State of Ohio Medical Board to practice as a physician in the State of Ohio.
- Annual continual medical education as required by Board Specialty.
- Must be registered and have a current unrestricted DEA certificate.
- Current copy of BLS (Basic Life Support) Card.
- Must not be excluded from participating in Federal or State Health Care Programs.
- Must have strong listening, written and oral communication skills, with ability to communicate clearly.
- Must have the ability to understand and respond effectively.
