Job Description:

Job Title: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician

Current Openings: Northern Virginia (Alexandria - Kingstowne & Old Town, Arlington, Haymarket, and Woodbridge)

Schedule: Full-Time, 4-5 Days per week (No After-Hours Call)

We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our high-growth, modern private practice with 8 office locations throughout Northern VA. We pride ourselves on a physician-centric model that utilizes advanced technology and extensive administrative support to ensure our providers can focus almost exclusively on patient care. Physicians enjoy a collaborative culture with unique flexibility to split time between two offices based on location.

  • Comprehensive Primary Care: Manage a diverse, high-value patient panel with the autonomy to practice full-scope primary care, including acute care, women's health, and standard in-office procedures. The practice utilizes a sophisticated model that seamlessly converts acute walk-in volume into deeply loyal, long-term primary care relationships.
  • Elite Operational Efficiency: Eliminate administrative burdens through a forward-thinking, tech-enabled support system featuring 1:1 MA pairing alongside advanced virtual assistant scribing for real-time chart completion. Dedicated centralized teams manage all prior authorizations, labs, and patient callbacks, ensuring physicians focus exclusively on clinical delivery.
  • Collaborative Provider Mix: Work alongside an elite, multidisciplinary cohort of board-certified physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs) who foster a highly collaborative, intellectually stimulating peer culture. The team leverages advanced EMR infrastructure to share insights and maintain the highest standards of evidence-based community medicine.
  • Flexible & Balanced Schedule: Experience a genuine "No Call" lifestyle with absolutely no after-hours or evening responsibilities. The practice offers highly predictable 32- to 40-hour workweeks with a rotating schedule of 2 Saturday shifts per month, which are offset by reduced weekday hours to guarantee ample restorative time.
  • Competitive Rewards & Long-Term Growth: Benefit from a highly competitive financial structure featuring a guaranteed base salary supplemented by lucrative productivity and clinical quality bonuses. The practice offers a transparent pathway for long-term professional growth, supported by a comprehensive benefits suite, 401(k) matching, and a dedicated CME allowance.
