Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesAs our Primary Care Physician, you will help individuals and families get high-value, top quality, accessible care so they can live healthier lives and thrive in their communities.
Every day you will provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population. You will be expected to diagnose and treat acute conditions, manage chronic diseases, perform wellness exams, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver whole-person care.

- Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population.
- Diagnose and treat acute conditions, including illnesses and minor injuries (e.g., flu, strep throat).
- Perform annual physicals, wellness exams, and preventive health screenings.
- Administer immunizations and promote preventive care strategies.
- Manage and treat chronic conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, and cardiovascular disease.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
Job Requirements
Required
- Doctorate Degree in Medicine (MD or DO)
- Current and unrestricted Physician License to practice in applicable state
- Must have successfully completed a residency and / or fellowship commensurate with area of specialty
- Obtain and maintain an unrestricted Drug Enforcement Agency (""DEA"") registration
- Be board certified or eligible in the appropriate specialty, by a board acceptable to hospital
- Obtain medical staff privileges within the health system, at sponsoring institution
- Medium Work exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly
