Position Overview: Unifyed is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to drive the company's growthand success from current state through to exit. The President will be responsible for leading theorganization across all operational, product and customer-facing functions while positioning Unifyed forlong-term, sustainable success. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of vision, execution and anability to navigate both strategic and tactical challenges in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership:
• Shape and execute the vision and strategy for the company's growth, ensuring alignment with theBoard's objectives and market opportunities.
• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability andinnovation.
• Guide key strategic initiatives across product development, sales, marketing and customer success todrive growth and improve performance.
• Build and mentor a high-performance leadership team, ensuring alignment and achievement ofcorporate goals.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders to ensure Unifyed remainsat the forefront of online education solutions.
Operational Excellence:
• Oversee operational systems, processes, and policies to streamline organizational effectiveness andefficiency.
• Implement best practices for management reporting, decision-making and planning to driveoperational excellence.
• Play a key role in long-term planning, ensuring the company's operations scale effectively andsupport its mission.
• Work closely with HR, IT and Finance teams to ensure smooth internal operations and collaborationwith business functions
Financial Management:
• Manage company financials, including budgeting, forecasting and performance tracking, to ensureprofitability and financial health.
• Present financial results and strategic updates to the Board and stakeholders regularly
• Develop and manage tools to track key performance indicators and ensure financial objectives areme
Product Strategy:
• Define and oversee the product vision, ensuring the company delivers innovative solutions that meetcustomer needs and market demands.
• Lead the product development team to deliver cutting-edge SaaS solutions and ensure alignment withbusiness goals.
• Set the long-term strategy for product development, including product design, cost management andlifecycle management.
Sales and Marketing Leadership:
• Build and lead a high-performing sales and business development team to deliver profitable growth.
• Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to increase brand awareness, customeracquisition and revenue.
• Leverage digital marketing and thought leadership campaigns to drive engagement and customerretention.
• Monitor competitor activities and adapt strategies to ensure Unifyed remains competitive in themarket.
Customer Success and Retention:
• Collaborate with Product Management to create a renewal and upsell strategy focused on 100% clientretention.
• Foster strong, ongoing relationships with key clients, ensuring they realize the full value of Unifyed'sproducts and services.
• Represent Unifyed at industry events, conferences and client meetings to build brand recognition andinfluence.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in a fast-growing technology or SaaS company, with a proventrack record in scaling organizations.
• Experience in leading the transition from early-stage to mature operations, especially within a globalcontext.
• Deep expertise in business development, product strategy and operational leadership.
• Ability to think strategically while maintaining focus on tactical execution and day-to-day operations.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to influence and buildrelationships at all levels.
• Experience in SaaS, higher education or related fields is a plus.
