Overview

Regal Rexnord is seeking a transformational business leader to lead the Couplings Division of the $2.6B Industrial Powertrain Solutions (IPS) segment.

They will have leadership responsibility across Operations, Commercial Operations & Business Development, Continuous Improvement, Finance, Human Resources, Product Management, Engineering, Strategic Marketing, and a strong partnership with Segment Commercial Sales teams.

The President, Couplings will shape and execute a clear strategy to deliver profitable growth, leveraging the Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS) to expand revenue, improve profitability, accelerate innovation, and enhance operational performance.

The leader will build a unified, high-performing organization focused oncustomer success, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Success will require a highly strategic operator who creates a culture of accountability, engagement, and performance, while aligning the business for sustainable, long-term growth.

Strategic Leadership

  • Set and drive the strategy, operating cadence, and execution model for the North America region acrosscommercial, operational, financial, and talent priorities.


Growth & Commercial Excellence

  • Drive organic revenue growth through market insights, customer intimacy, and new product innovation.
  • Strengthen relationships with key customers to increase share and expand into new markets.


Operational & Portfolio Management

  • Manage a complex product and brand portfolio; make disciplined investment decisions to accelerategrowth and expand margins.
  • Execute 80/20 simplification and product line optimization to streamline operations and improve focus.
  • Advance manufacturing performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity metricsthrough RBS continuous improvement tools.


Enterprise Leadership

  • Collaborate across business units and functions to align resources, share capabilities, and operationalizeenterprise priorities.

  • Build and develop a high-performing, diverse leadership team with strong succession depth.
