5+ years of experience as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Active NM CRNA license or eligibility
Strong clinical skills in anesthesia administration
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork capabilities
Responsibilities
Administer anesthesia during surgical procedures
Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia as necessary
Coordinate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety
Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and post-anesthesia care
Participate in continuous education and training programs
